As a child, because of my sensitivity, I was able to sense what others need to make them feel better. In other words, as a child I was already able to make deeper contact with the energy of others and therefore I could recognize what was actually going on. Years back, in my work as a training coordinator at BAM, I became more and more aware of this characteristic. When there was stagnation, I noticed it immediately, for example, if someone acts from enthusiasm or apathy. Nowadays this allows me to switch quickly in my job as a coach and get to the core of the people I work with. This leads to concrete results in no time, so that clients can take their next steps and take the lead in their career and/or business.

Dat is het fundament van mijn werk als internationaal business & life coach, spreker en auteur van Wees Onverbiddelijk Jezelf (Be Relentlessly Yourself).
Ik vind ik het heerlijk om met een team te werken en mijn bijdrage te leveren als sparring partner voor klanten en voor de coaches, om met elkaar nog meer professionals en ondernemers te begeleiden in hun transformatie. Focus op resultaat staat daarbij voorop. Met elkaar blijven ontwikkelen, van elkaar leren en plezier hebben dat geeft mij ongekende voldoening.

Als mens ben ik eerlijk, betrokken en respectvol. Op het eerst oog kom ik rustig over, maar van binnen gebeurt er veel. Ik ben nieuwsgierig en luister aandachtig, zodat ik het verhaal en de context goed doorzie. Ik ben oordeelvrij en spiegel jou op wat ik voel en zie. Dit maakt dat anderen een safe space voelen om hun verhaal te delen. Veel mensen lopen ertegenaan dat ze ‘vastzitten’ in hun hoofd, waardoor ze zich geremd voelen in het maken van keuzes en stappen zetten. Ik weet als geen ander hoe dat is! Daarom ben ik gedreven om jou te helpen jouw verhaal op een andere manier te bekijken; vanuit een andere invalshoek of in andere woorden.
